Drill Jig Bushing

With the help of our Sunnen Honing machines and highly skilled honing operators, we can manufacture Pressfit bushing, liner bushing and Renewable bushings. We can maintain tight tolerance upto 5 microns.

Tooling components

We manufacture tooling components like Alignment pins, Locating pins, Step pins, Shoulder pins, Drill bushes, Locking index pins, Bushing handles/spoon bushings, Bullet nose pins, diamond pins, rest buttons, etc.

Hydraulic cylinder components

We manufacture hydraulic cylinder components and components used in Fluid power industry using wide range of material based on customer requirement / print.

Aluminium casting

We have fully automatic pressure die casting machines imported from Japan with 400-1000 ton capacity and we will be able to handle components upto 4 Kilogram.
We perform Shot blast & Impregnation.

Steel and Iron casting

We can manufacture sand and investment castings, we possess 150 Kg and 300 Kg capacity induction furnace, autoclave for dewaxing, our shell room is quipped with centralized Air conditioner.

Heat treatment & finishing

We perform Hardening and Tempering, Case Hardening and Tempering, CarboNitriding. We also provide finishing processes like Black oxide, electroplating, electropolishing, anodizing, etc.

Net 30 days for all the items. For die mold, we usually require an 50% advance payment.
